Refund Policy - the basics

1. Booking Cancellations

  • More than 7 Days Before Activity:
    Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • 3 to 7 Days Before Activity:
    50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 3 Days Before Activity or No-Show:
    No refund will be provided.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If Activities Are Canceled Due to Bad Weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, unsafe conditions):
    You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your activity.

3. Equipment Rentals

  • Cancellations More than 3 Days Before Rental Date:
    Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • Cancellations Within 3 Days of Rental Date:
    50% refund of the rental amount.

  • No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations:
    No refund provided.

  • Damaged or Lost Equipment:
    Charges will apply based on the extent of the damage or loss.

4. Expedition on Wheels (4x4 & 2x2 Tours)

  • Cancellations More than 14 Days Before Departure:
    Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • 7 to 14 Days Before Departure:
    50% refund of the total expedition cost.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure or No-Show:
    No refund provided.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Non-Refundable Fees
